E-Artistry currently ships to Canada and the Continental United States via two great options with Canada Post as per below.
Canada
Xpresspost - Next Day up to 2 business Days — Flat rate depending on where you are in Canada. Rates calculated on checkout
Expedited Parcel - Next Day up to 7 business days – Rates calculated based on the weight of your order on checkout
Continental United States
Xpresspost USA - 2 and 3 business days — Flat rate depending on where you are in the U.S. Rates calculated on checkout
Tracked Packet USA - 4 days up to 7 business days – Rates calculated based on the weight of your order on checkout
Returns & Exchanges
We make every effort to ensure that our product reaches you in good condition. In the event that an E-Artistry product reaches you damaged, kindly reach out to us within 5 business days of receipt of your items to orders@e-artistry.com. Once we have identified the nature of the damage we will notify you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
Damaged items require a return authorization number in order to be returned to us. Please do not send your damage back with out the return authorization number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Magnets, Cards, Stationary, Art & Gifts with signs of use.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for returned product to reach E-Artistry may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
Sale items maybe returned if they are damaged and only after you have received a return authorization number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only after you have received your return authorization number.
